I was a little stressed about my order, but they helped me really quickly and it made me feel a lot better. Simple, smooth, and exactly what I needed.

"Shipping was fine, just a bit slower than I expected"
My order did arrive and everything was packed nicely, so I can’t really complain too much, right? The tracking worked, but it kind of sat without updates for a few days, which had me checking more than I probably needed to.
Delivery ended up taking longer than I was hoping, and that was a little frustrating. It wasn’t a huge problem or anything, but I’d definitely order earlier next time if I needed something by a certain date.

"Pretty happy with what I got"
I ordered a couple of tops and a pair of pants from chicosofftherack.com, I think sometime last month? Or maybe it was a few weeks ago, I can’t keep track. Either way, the quality ended up being better than I expected. The fabric feels nice and not thin or cheap, and the stitching looks solid too. I’ve washed everything once or maybe twice now, and it all came out fine. For the price, I’m really happy with it and would probably order again

The tops were really cute, but the fit was hard to describe—just seemed to run bigger than I expected. I ended up having to return them

"Returns were kind of a pain"
I’ve found a few cute things at Chico’s Off The Rack, but the return part was more annoying than I expected. Maybe I missed something, but I didn’t feel like there was much clear info about what was happening unless I kept checking on it myself. The refund took longer than I thought it would, too. Customer service wasn’t rude or anything, just didn’t really give me much to go on. I’d probably be a little more careful ordering again, especially if I’m unsure about the sizing.

"Nice finds without spending too much"
I ended up finding a few tops for a lot less than I thought I would. They’re not the most high-end pieces ever, but the quality was better than I expected for the price. I’d definitely check back again to see what else they have.
